Donna Schratwieser
Donna Schratwieser lives in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, with her two boys ages 20 and 17. With a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University (New Brunswick, NJ) and continuing education courses in design from the Philadelphia Art Institute, Donna continues to work in the field of interior design for Atlas Interiors and for her own company. In her younger years and at Rutgers, dance was a very big part of Donna’s life, having worked for a touring tap dance company briefly and in the theatre as well. That love extended to dance ministry in the church while her children were growing up. Born again at 18 years old, she grew up in the Lord in Assemblies of God churches and other non-denominational churches/messianic congregations where she would participate in and sometimes lead in theatrical groups, dance ministries, and worship teams that glorify God. In addition to interior design, her work background also includes Public Relations, Advertising, and Real Estate. She believes that her love for the Lord, Israel, the Body of Christ, and all people can be made tangible through the ministry of Servants of Cana, as well as other ministries God has put in her path.

Abie Kulynych
Abie and his wife, Melissa, and two sons, Noah and Elijah, have lived in Burlington, New Jersey since 1995. Abie was born and raised in Virginia where he responded to the voice of God at an early age. He graduated from Valley Forge Christian College in 1994. He has served in various forms of ministry as an assistant pastor, church planter, teacher, and evangelist over the past fourteen years. He was ordained by Ruth Ward Heflin of Calvary Pentecostal Tabernacle in Ashland, Virginia. In 2000 the Lord began to give Abie and Melissa a vision of His heart for the city of Burlington that has deepened and expanded over the years. They believe that God has chosen Burlington City as a new wineskin to be filled by His Spirit and then to pour out the Spirit through prayer, worship, reconciliation,
and unity. As pastors of this church, their heart and the heart of City of Refuge is to see unity begin in the Body of Christ and spread to the community at large, to see the barriers of race, religion, and economic status destroyed and to see Burlington become a true place of refuge-rest for the weary, peace for the troubled, and healing for the broken.
